SAKHALIN-1 PROJECT
Client – Exxon Neftegas Limited, 2005, 2006.

Supporting the work on developing recommendations towards establishing categories to water bodies. The task included a review of all information that concerned water body categorization in Sakhalin-1 project zone.

Providing consulting services in the field of land planning and management in two districts of Habarovsky Kray region in the Russian Far East (districts of Ulcha, Nikolaevsk) and in Okha district on Sakhalin. This included professional consultations and checks on completeness and compliance of land allocation files for the project helicopter pads and for the project pipeline valve sites in the two districts of Habarovsky Kray and the sites of a temporary construction camp and a laydown yard in Ulcha district.

Updating Sakhalin-2 project-wide fishery damage evaluation.

Updating the ‘working project’ for the sites at the shore of Aniva Bay, including:
   - Re-evaluation of the fishery damage associated with a simultaneous
     three-piece construction activity involving laying of oil pipelines, sewage
     piping and communication cables in one trench in Aniva Bay.
   - Calculating fishery damages associated with the effluent deepwater
     outlet (downcomer) for the system of effluent collection, treatment
     and disposal off the double site of the LNG Plant and OET
     (Oil Export Terminal).

Updating the calculation of the fishery damages by factoring in the results of modeling the dispersion of suspended matter in the sea environment during the construction of PA-B and LUN-A offshore oil platforms.
