Coordinating the joint response of the project to TSUREN (Federal Fishery Agency) after receiving individual responses from each of the project ‘hardcore’ teams.

Helpdesk services to the client during the governmental expert review and during various approvals covering Sakhalin-2 LNG documentation.

Updating the project Environmental Protection section (EPS).

Developing the Terms of Reference for the review of the reports for the Big Nysh Reroute and for Booster Station No. 2.

Detailing the federal procedure of Forest Redesignation, preparing an executive note describing the process, providing organizational and methodological support to the client during the federal State Environmental Expert Review period inasmuch as Forest Redesignation was concerned, as part of the TEOC.

Quality Assurance and Control for the Land Management Files (from all the 10 districts) dealing with Land Reclassification (from forest lands to forest-free lands).

A study of the fishery aspects in the conclusion statements that the project received from TSUREN (Russian fishery inspectorate) and from the State Environmental Expert Review panel that reviewed Sakhalin-2 Phase 2 TEOC deliverable; followed by an update of the project fishery damage calculation to reflect TSUREN’s comments.

Calculating the project payments to reimburse for the damage to the fisheries with relation to both open and confined (drainless) water bodies as per applicable Russian requirements.

Calculating fishery stock losses associated with Sakhalin-2 project.

Updating fish damage calculation on the basis of the typical river modeling data on deposition of bottom sediments (siltation) and r(o)iling of the water column.
